Alex Humes trained in Integral Somatic Psychology with its founder Dr. Raja Selvam, as a practising Shadow Worker with Shadow Work Europe, and internationally certified as a Somatic Coach and Embodied Facilitator with Mark Walsh.

 

He leads workshops in group bonding, confidence, and impactful presentation, and has facilitated groups in prisons, NGOs, and companies of all sizes, from multi-national corporations to growing independents.
